Fundraisers Made Simple:

  1. You can do a fundraiser under your Church, School or individual groups.

  2. Pick a location to hold your event.  You may want to have it at your location, or you may need a location with more exposure.    Example: West Edge Mall is a great location in Auburn.  It’s a great location for car to pull in and out of.  Contact person for West Edge Mall is Elisie 260-925-4414

  3. Pick a day to hold your event.  Example: Friday between 4-7 p.m. is a great time when holding your event at West Edge Mall.  We have found this to be a wonderful time for this location.  It’s been a long week, and mothers want a night off from cooking.  Traffic is very busy with people leaving work and they see and smell the chicken.  Most groups do very well at this location.

  4. Get out and pre-sell tickets, the more you sell, the better you do.  Get the group involved with having tickets available for them to sell.  Let them help spread the word for your event with family and friends.  Remember there will be customers stopping in and buying that may not have bought a ticket.

  5. Advertise your event.  We can help; we have posters for you to put around town.  We will cook at location on events of 300 or more.  So everyone driving by will see and smell what’s going on.  Get people from your organization to help on the day of event.  Let Auburn see the group they are supporting.

  6. We at High’s Bar-B-Q and Catering offer a special Menu for Organization that do Fundraisers or Non Profit events.  We want to support these groups and wish all great success.
